How We Work
What actually happens between the first call and the pickup.
1. Tell us the site and the headcount
One phone call. We need the address, the number of people, the length of the rental and whether the truck can get within about ten feet of where the unit will sit. That is enough to quote most jobs without a site visit.
2. Delivery on the day agreed
We drop the unit on a flat, level spot with the door facing where you asked, stock it with paper and sanitizer, and confirm the placement with whoever is on site. Nothing is billed beyond the quoted number.
3. Weekly service on a fixed day
The tank is pumped out, the interior is washed and sanitized, the paper and sanitizer are restocked and the deodorizer is refreshed. Long jobs stay on the same weekday for the whole rental so everybody knows when it happens.
4. Pickup when you are done
One call and we collect it, with the pickup already inside the original price. If the job runs longer than planned, the unit simply stays on the route and the monthly rate keeps applying.
Unit Types, Service Plans And Pumping
The right answer depends on who is using it and for how long. What we actually rent and run:
Standard portable toilets
The workhorse unit: waste tank, vented stack, urinal, toilet paper and a lockable door, in a four-by-four-foot footprint. This is what most job sites and most outdoor work needs, and it is the cheapest thing on this page by a distance.
Deluxe and flushing units
A step up with a flushing bowl, a foot-pump sink, a mirror and a sanitizer dispenser. Worth the difference on longer rentals, on sites where clients visit, and on any event where standard units would feel like a compromise.
Monthly and long term rentals
Anything past a few weeks should be on a monthly rate rather than a repeating weekly booking. Long term portable toilet rental on a construction site is the normal arrangement here, and the per-day cost falls sharply once the unit is on a fixed route.

What A Porta Potty Costs In Sacramento
Standard units typically run $75 to $300 a day for short-term event rentals, with much better weekly and monthly rates once the unit is on a route. What moves the number:

- Access and ground conditions. A unit the truck can reach on a firm surface is a straightforward job. Soft ground, a long carry, a locked gate or a placement that needs boards adds labor to an otherwise identical delivery.
