Frequently Asked Questions
Everything we get asked across portable restrooms, restroom trailers, and hand-wash stations — grouped by service so you can jump to what you need.
Standard Portable Restrooms
How often do you service the units?
Once a week is standard, included in the monthly rate. We pump, clean, restock paper, and refill hand sanitizer. High-volume sites can request twice-weekly service for a small bump in price.
How fast can you deliver in Sacramento?
Most Sacramento deliveries happen within one or two business days. Same-day delivery is possible when a unit is on the truck — call and ask.
Do you require a contract?
No. We rent month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Most jobs run two to six months, but you can keep a unit as long as you need it.
What if the unit gets damaged or tipped over?
Call us — we’ll come out and fix it or swap it. Normal wear is on us. Vandalism or theft may need to be discussed.
Are your units ADA-compliant?
Our standard units are not. We do rent dedicated ADA-accessible units which are larger and have grab bars and a wheelchair ramp. Ask when you call and we’ll spec the right mix.
Restroom Trailers
How much water and power does a trailer need?
A typical 2-station trailer needs a standard garden hose connection and a 30-amp outlet. Larger trailers may need 50-amp service. We confirm during the site walk.
How many guests does each trailer size handle?
A 2-station handles up to 100 guests for a 4-hour event. A 4-station handles 200–300. Larger trailers scale from there. Ask and we’ll right-size it.
Are they really nicer than a portable toilet?
Yes, much. Real flushing toilets, sinks with running water, finished interiors, climate control, lights, mirrors, and music in some models. They look like a real bathroom inside.
Can you set up on grass or a slope?
Yes. We use leveling jacks. We need to know about the surface during the site walk so we bring the right blocks and pads.
Do you service the trailer during a multi-day event?
Yes. Mid-event servicing is included on multi-day rentals. We come quietly at off-peak hours.
Hand-Wash Stations
Do I need a hand-wash station if I already have portable restrooms?
Probably yes. OSHA construction rules require accessible hand washing within easy reach of the restrooms. Some restroom models have small built-in sinks, but most jobs need a separate station.
Can you do hot water?
Yes. We rent hot-water units for food-service settings and some industrial sites. They need a 110V outlet or a small inverter. Ask when you call.
How often do you refill the water?
Once a week as standard. We can ramp to twice-weekly for heavy use or same-day for events.
Where does the waste water go?
Into a sealed greywater tank inside the unit. We pump it during weekly service. Nothing drains onto the ground.
Are these enough for OSHA?
For most construction sites, yes. OSHA 1926.51 is the rule. We’ll spec the right ratio of stations to workers when we quote.
